Expenses / Travel

Evening: £2200.00 – 8:30pm to 1:00am (or any time between)
Additional Time (past 1:00am/early start): £250.00 per hour

Travel: £0.55 per mile – return journey from Hamble, Southampton SO31 4RF. (No charge if under 10 miles)
* miles are worked out with Google Maps [ SO31 4RF to *Venue* x 2 ]
Expenses: Parking, Bridge Tolls, Congestion Charge where required
Central London fee: £600.00
Long distance: Accommodation, travel and sustenance. more info

*The prices are for the ‘full works’, with PA/Sound System, drums, lights (rustic ship lanterns), and props.

Booking Procedure

1 - Booking Deposit

(You/us) Confirm availability and set time(s) (usually by email)
(us) We’ll send you the price confirmation and our account details
(You) Please pay half the total as deposit, excluding expenses
(us) When payment is received we’ll email you an official booking confirmation/receipt

Please note:

It is not an official booking until we have received deposit payment.
We may ask for the full payment up-front, for business, last minute or international bookings.
Deposit payments are non-returnable.

2 - Final Payment

(You/us) Please pay the final half plus expenses approximately 1 week before the event
(We’ll send a check-list of the details/final payment, so please inform us if there are any changes, such as location/timings)

* We always stick to the original agreed price. The only reason the cost may change is if a detail changes (such as location), and in which case we’ll inform you of this.

If the PA/Sound System is supplied by the client or venue, it is essential to check in advance that it is high quality and juicy!
Our supplied sound system is for our own use only.

Meeting & Venue Recce

It is great to meet clients in advance, but not essential (or sometimes even possible where there’s long distance travel). We’re very used to performing at all sorts of weird and wonderful venues all around the country and beyond, and pre-planning via email, phone or zoom etc.

We can meet at a local venue (such as The Jolly Sailor, Bursledon), or at our studio in Hamble between Monday and Thursday (weekends are a bit too busy for us!).

For meetings/venue visits further away there will probably be an extra cost to cover expenses and time.
